If you are reading this, you probably understand
This is for buyers who appreciate real vintage hardware and the character that comes with it. It suits collectors, music lovers, and anyone building a period-correct audio setup around authentic portable stereo equipment.
What you get beyond the sound
You get a classic vintage boombox with confirmed working status, plus the added value of preventive maintenance already completed. That matters with older audio equipment and helps set it apart from untreated examples.
The cosmetics are presented honestly through the photos, so the buyer can judge the visual condition directly before purchase.
🧠 Collector’s / Model Note
The SANYO M7880K is a vintage boombox format unit from the classic portable stereo era. Models in this category remain popular for their all-in-one design, visual identity, and hands-on analog-style user experience.
Professional Maintenance:
This unit has received maintenance before listing: preventive maintenance. This is especially important for vintage audio equipment, because proper service becomes more important with age.
