We specialize in tested vintage audio equipment. Many of our items are rare, collectible, heavy, fragile, and available as one-of-a-kind units. For this reason, every order is handled carefully before shipment.
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, prepare, ship, and document orders.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time may vary depending on the item, final testing, packing requirements, fulfillment location, buyer destination, customs documentation, carrier availability, and security checks.
Before shipment, we may perform a final inspection, functionality check, photo or video documentation, and professional packing preparation.
If additional time is required, we will contact you using the email or contact information provided with your order.
Pre-Shipment Inspection and Documentation
Before shipping, each item may be inspected, tested, photographed, or video documented.
This is done to confirm the condition of the item before dispatch and to protect both the buyer and the seller in the event of shipping damage, carrier claim, or delivery dispute.
Vintage audio equipment must be packed carefully due to its age, weight, fragile parts, mechanical components, and sensitivity to impact.
Fulfillment Locations
Orders may be shipped from one of our approved fulfillment locations, including:
- United States;
- Poland;
- Ukraine;
- other approved logistics or fulfillment locations when applicable.
The shipping location depends on item availability, buyer location, shipping method, customs requirements, and logistics efficiency.
Shipping Methods
We may use trusted international and domestic carriers depending on the destination and item type.
Possible carriers may include, but are not limited to:
- FedEx;
- UPS;
- DHL;
- Nova Poshta International;
- other approved logistics partners or fulfillment services.
The final carrier may be selected based on destination, item size, value, insurance availability, delivery speed, and shipping safety.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and logistics conditions.
Typical estimated delivery times after dispatch may be:
- United States: 3–10 business days;
- Europe: 3–12 business days;
- United Kingdom: 5–14 business days;
- Canada: 5–14 business days;
- Australia / New Zealand: 7–21 business days;
- Rest of World: 7–30 business days.
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, strikes, holidays, war, security inspections, remote delivery areas, incorrect buyer information, unpaid import duties, or other events outside our control.
For orders shipped to the European Union, delivery will be made within the agreed delivery period. If no specific delivery period is agreed, applicable consumer protection rules may provide additional rights.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs may vary depending on:
- item size and weight;
- destination country;
- carrier;
- insurance availability;
- packaging requirements;
- declared value;
- fulfillment location.
Shipping costs may be calculated at checkout, quoted separately, or confirmed after order review depending on the item and destination.
Some oversized, heavy, fragile, high-value, or remote-area shipments may require individual shipping confirmation before dispatch.
If the shipping cost shown at checkout is incorrect due to carrier limitations, remote-area surcharges, oversized packaging, or technical error, we may contact you to confirm the correct shipping cost before accepting or dispatching the order.
International Taxes, Customs, and Import Charges
International buyers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees, storage fees, and any other charges imposed by customs authorities, carriers, payment providers, or local authorities.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
We are not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, additional customs charges, or refusal of delivery due to unpaid import duties or taxes.
Please check your local import rules before placing an order.
Shipping Address Accuracy
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address.
Please make sure your full name, street address, apartment/unit number, postal code, phone number, and email address are correct before placing an order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, returned packages, additional shipping costs, or carrier fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the buyer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or non-collection, additional shipping and handling costs may apply.
Delivery Inspection and Damage
Please inspect the package carefully upon delivery before opening it.
If you notice any visible damage to the outer packaging, including dents, holes, crushed corners, tears, water damage, deformation, or signs of impact, please take clear photos and videos immediately.
If the package appears seriously damaged, we strongly recommend refusing delivery and contacting us immediately.
If you accept a damaged package, please keep all packaging materials, labels, protective materials, and the item exactly as received until the case is reviewed.
Failure to document visible shipping damage may make it difficult or impossible to file a carrier claim and may affect the resolution of the case.
After opening the package, please inspect the item as soon as possible and contact us immediately if the item appears damaged, defective, or not as described.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period of time or the package appears lost, please contact us.
We will work with the carrier to open an investigation when appropriate.
A package is not considered officially lost until the carrier confirms the loss or the investigation is completed according to the carrier’s rules.
Refunds, replacements, or other resolutions for lost shipments will be handled after carrier confirmation and in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Refused Delivery or Unclaimed Packages
If a buyer refuses delivery, does not pay import duties or taxes, does not cooperate with customs clearance, or fails to collect the package from the carrier, the package may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier/customs authority.
If the package is returned to us, any refund or store credit will be considered only after we receive and inspect the item.
In such cases, we may deduct actual shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees, storage fees, payment processing fees, and other costs incurred due to refused or unclaimed delivery, unless prohibited by applicable law.
If the package is not returned to us, or is returned damaged due to refusal, non-collection, or customs issues, we may be unable to issue a refund.
Large, Heavy, and Fragile Items
Many vintage audio items are large, heavy, and fragile. They may contain mechanical parts, cassette mechanisms, turntable components, reel-to-reel assemblies, glass or plastic covers, antennas, switches, knobs, meters, and other delicate parts.
For this reason, we may use reinforced packaging, double-boxing, foam protection, additional padding, wooden crate options, or other protective packaging methods when necessary.
Some items may require special shipping arrangements or separate shipping quotes.
Insurance
Where available and practical, we may ship high-value items with declared value coverage, shipping insurance, or carrier protection.
Insurance availability depends on the carrier, destination country, item type, declared value, and carrier rules.
In the event of damage or loss, the buyer agrees to provide all requested photos, videos, packaging evidence, delivery documents, and cooperation needed for a carrier claim.
Failure to cooperate with the claim process may affect the available resolution.
Combined Shipping
If you purchase multiple items, combined shipping may be available depending on item size, weight, fragility, destination, and carrier restrictions.
Some items cannot be safely combined in one package.
If combined shipping is possible, we will confirm the available option before dispatch.
