Two Ways to Use This Service
GLOBAL OPT offers two possible sourcing formats, depending on your budget, expectations, and the condition of the equipment found.
Option 1 — Direct Sourcing & Logistics
This is the more budget-friendly option.
GLOBAL OPT helps find the equipment, review the available information, communicate with the seller where possible, and arrange logistics from the seller to the buyer.
This option is suitable when the customer wants to reduce extra costs and is ready to accept the equipment based on the seller’s available information, photos, videos, and stated condition.
In this format, GLOBAL OPT assists with sourcing and logistics, but the equipment does not pass through our technical service department before delivery.
Option 2 — Sourcing With Technical Service Review
This is the more complete and secure option.
In this format, the equipment is first delivered to GLOBAL OPT or to an approved service location for technical inspection, functional testing, and preparation where possible.
This option may include:
- Technical assessment;
- Functional testing;
- Basic service review;
- Professional recommendations;
- Additional packing;
- Further delivery to the customer;
- GLOBAL OPT Customer Care and after-sales support.
This format usually involves additional costs for service work, internal logistics, packing, and final delivery. However, it gives the customer a higher level of confidence before receiving the equipment.

The average cost of GLOBAL OPT sourcing support is approximately 20% of the purchase value of the equipment.
The final service cost depends on the item, country, seller location, technical complexity, logistics route, and the sourcing format selected by the customer.
Before any purchase is made, we confirm the expected costs and available options with the customer.
