30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, unmodified, with all included accessories, documents, parts, and original packaging materials whenever possible. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returned items must be shipped only to one of our approved fulfillment center locations in the United States, Poland, or Ukraine, as instructed by us after your return request is reviewed.

Items sent back without prior return authorization and instructions from us will not be accepted.


Return Authorization and Shipping Instructions

If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to ship the package.

Depending on the specific case, item location, buyer location, and reason for return, we may provide a return shipping label or issue specific shipping instructions.

The item must be packed safely and securely using proper protective materials. Vintage audio equipment is fragile, heavy, and sensitive to impact. Poor or insufficient return packaging may result in additional damage, which may affect refund approval.


Damage, Delivery Issues, and Package Inspection

Please inspect the package carefully upon delivery.

If you notice any visible damage to the outer packaging, even minor damage, dents, tears, holes, crushed corners, water marks, or signs of impact, please take clear photos and videos immediately before opening the package.

If the package appears seriously damaged, we strongly recommend refusing delivery and contacting us immediately.

Failure to document visible shipping damage may make it more difficult to file a carrier claim and may affect responsibility for damage discovered later.

After accepting the package, please inspect the item as soon as possible and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, not working properly, or if you received the wrong item.


30-Day Functionality Warranty

All our vintage audio equipment is carefully checked and tested before shipment.

We provide a 30-day functionality warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers confirmed functional issues that were not caused by shipping damage, improper use, incorrect voltage, unauthorized repair attempts, modification, misuse, or poor handling after delivery.

During this warranty period, our priority is to help restore the item to proper working condition whenever possible.


What Happens After a Returned Item Arrives

Once the returned package arrives in Ukraine, we will perform an inspection within 5 business days.

For security and documentation purposes, we record a video of the package opening process. This allows us to document the condition of the packaging, the item, accessories, and any visible damage at the moment of return receipt.

After the initial inspection, the item may be transferred for technical diagnostics. Based on the inspection and diagnostics results, we will determine the appropriate next step.


Warranty Resolution Options

If the issue is confirmed and falls under our warranty coverage, we may offer one of the following solutions:

1. Free Warranty Repair

If the defect can be repaired, we will repair the item free of charge and return it to the buyer at no additional cost.

2. Replacement with a Similar Item

If repair is not possible or not practical, and we have a similar item available in stock, we may offer a replacement.

In some cases, the replacement item may be in equal or better condition. If there is a significant difference in value, we will discuss and agree on the financial terms with the buyer before proceeding.

3. Store Credit / Alternative Item

If repair is not possible and a direct replacement is not available, the buyer may choose another item from our store for the amount we received for the original item.

In this case, we will ship the selected replacement item to the buyer free of charge, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Refund

If none of the above solutions are possible, we will issue a refund for the amount we received for the item, according to the refund terms below.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Important Warranty Limitations

Our warranty does not cover:

  • damage caused by shipping when the package was accepted without documenting visible damage;
  • damage caused by incorrect voltage or use without the proper transformer;
  • damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or dropping the item;
  • damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or opening of the unit;
  • cosmetic wear consistent with vintage condition and shown in the photos;
  • issues clearly described in the listing before purchase;
  • consumable parts unless specifically stated otherwise;
  • damage caused by poor return packaging.

Vintage audio equipment is used and collectible by nature. Cosmetic imperfections, signs of age, minor wear, and age-related characteristics may be present and are not considered defects if they were visible in photos or described in the listing.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • items sold for parts or repair;
  • items clearly marked as non-working;
  • custom or special-order items;
  • items modified at the buyer’s request;
  • gift cards;
  • items returned without prior authorization;
  • items damaged due to improper use, incorrect voltage, unauthorized repair, or poor return packaging.

Sale items may be non-returnable unless otherwise required by applicable law.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive another item is to return the original item first. Once the return is received, inspected, and approved, you may make a separate purchase of another item or choose an alternative item if offered as part of a warranty resolution.


14-Day Withdrawal Period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing an explanation, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused, unmodified, with included accessories and original packaging whenever possible. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.
