Our work begins long before an item appears in our store. A trusted international team searches private collections across different continents for distinctive and collectible audio equipment. We focus primarily on components produced from the 1950s through the mid-1990s.

Every item is inspected and tested before being offered for sale. This allows us to evaluate its functional condition, originality and restoration potential.

Equipment that does not meet our standards is rejected. We do not list non-working units as ready-to-use products.

Our technical team includes specialists with 20 to 40 years of experience in vintage audio repair and operation. Different categories of equipment require different expertise, so we work with specialists in the relevant technical fields.

Where appropriate, a component is professionally serviced, repaired and prepared for reliable use while preserving its authentic character. The exact condition and completed work are described individually for each item.

Support Beyond the Purchase

Every eligible purchase completed directly through the GLOBAL OPT online store includes 60-day functional support from the confirmed delivery date. Purchases made through external marketplaces follow the support period stated in the corresponding listing and marketplace terms. If a covered functional problem arises, we review the case and arrange an appropriate solution under our Customer Care terms.
