The source states all components are in working condition, with maintenance carried out on the deck mechanism and internal cleaning performed on the amplifier.

Confirmed maintenance includes deck mechanism lubrication, and amplifier internal dust cleaning with disassembly and cleaning of the AUX, TUNER, and PHONE selectors. The cassette deck is described as retaining its original belts, roller, and idler in good condition, with no circuit intervention. The tuner is described as unrepaired with original lamps.

The A-X1 integrated amplifier offers modest but serious classic hi-fi power for a compact vintage setup, while the T-X1L tuner and KD-A33 cassette deck complete the system visually and functionally. For everyday listening, display use, or a retro music corner, this is a practical and attractive JVC stack.

The cassette deck uses a 2-head, 2-motor layout with ANRS / Super ANRS features confirmed in the source text. That makes it a strong fit for buyers who still enjoy the physical cassette format and want a matching deck instead of a mismatched add-on component.

Collector’s / Model Note
This set comes from JVC’s early-1980s silver-face component period, when separate amplifiers, tuners, and tape decks were designed to work together as coordinated home systems. The A-X1 is a compact integrated amplifier rated at 2 x 30 W, while the KD-A33 represents the brand’s stereo cassette deck design from the same era.

Dimensions & Weight:
Size: 420 × 120 × 330 mm
Size in cm: 42 × 12 × 33 cm
Size in inches: approx. 16.5 × 4.7 × 13.0 in
Weight: 6.6 kg
Weight in pounds: approx. 14.6 lbs

Technical Information:
Model: JVC A-X1 / T-X1L / KD-A33
Power: 120/220V

Professional Maintenance:
This unit has received maintenance before listing: deck mechanism lubrication, amplifier internal dust cleaning, and cleaning with disassembly of the AUX, TUNER, and PHONE selectors.
